CANCELLATION POLICY

We value your time and ours. To ensure fairness to all clients, we kindly ask that any cancellations or rescheduling be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee of the scheduled service. This fee must be paid before booking any future appointments. No-shows or same-day cancellations will also be charged 50% of the service total.
